Shipping Options:

EasyParcel
EasyParcel is our primary courier service agent. Orders will be processed within 48 hours after confirmation of payment. The parcel should reach 1-5 working days for Peninsular, and 2-7 working days for Sabah and Sarawak. For remote destinations, it may take slightly longer to reach you.

However, if you prefer other courier services, do let us know. An extra fee may apply.

No cancellation of order or refund will be entertained unless the Product you have ordered is abruptly out of stock or we are unable to fulfill the order for any other reason.
Product warranty: All product purchases from AZCOM Solution is fully covered with 1 months warranty – 1 to 1 Exchange basis. If a Product is defective, we will replace the Product once the defective Product is returned to us.

For your protection AZCOM Solution recommendation that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for Products not received.

The Customers are requested to return any defective Product(s) including both the Product(s) (with packaging) and the delivery slip by a recorded delivery service to the Fulfilment Centre within 1 month (30 Days) of receipt of the Products. Please note the following conditions to this policy:

Products can only be exchanged if the Products returned have been deemed by us to be faulty. We cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty Products.
All Products should be unworn and unused and should be returned in the complete original packaging.
The Fulfillment Center has to be in actual receipt of the returned defective Product(s) before we can process the delivery of the substitute Product(s) or refund (if applicable) to you.
The actual appearance of the Product may vary slightly from the images of such Products on the Website and does not constitute a defect or mistake about the Product.

We will not be responsible for returned Products that are lost or damaged in transit. Proof of postage will not be accepted/deemed as proof of receipt/delivery. You should take reasonable care to ensure that the Products returned to us are not damaged in transit and if appropriate arrange suitable insurance.
